Return and Refund



1) No Refund on Wallet Recharge:

All wallet recharge transactions are non-refundable. Once the amount is successfully credited to your wallet, no request for reversal or refund will be entertained, regardless of whether the wallet balance is fully or partially used.

2) No Refund on Job Posting:

Once a job is posted using wallet balance, the transaction is final. No refund will be issued for:

  • Incorrect job posting
  • Change of hiring requirements
  • Low or no response from candidates
  • Duplicate postings made by mistake
It is the responsibility of the user to verify all details before publishing any job post.

3) No Refund on Candidate/Employee Number Views:

Viewing candidate contact details (mobile/email) is considered a consumed service. Once a number is unlocked using wallet funds, no refund will be issued, even if:

  • The candidate is unresponsive
  • The contact details are outdated
  • The job position is closed
Our system ensures only recently active candidates are visible. However, responsiveness is not guaranteed.

4) User Responsibility:

Users are solely responsible for verifying all information before making any purchase or wallet recharge. The platform will not be held liable for errors resulting from:

  • Wrong job category selection
  • Mistaken wallet recharge amounts
  • Misunderstood plan features

5) No Cash Withdrawal:

Wallet funds are not redeemable for cash or bank transfer under any circumstances. They can only be used for platform services such as posting jobs, viewing candidate information and promoting listings.

6) Disputes or Technical Errors:

In rare cases of technical failure (e.g., amount debited but wallet not credited), users must raise a support ticket within 48 hours, along with valid proof (transaction ID, date/time, screenshots). Verified cases will be credited back to the wallet only—no bank refunds.

7) Policy Updates:

Kaamsetu reserves the right to modify or update this policy at any time without prior notice. It is the user’s responsibility to review the policy periodically. Continued use of the platform implies acceptance of any changes.
